Refunds: Since our products are digital downloads, they are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned.” However, if you experience any issues accessing or using your files, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and we will gladly assist you.
We may offer a refund or exchange at our sole discretion if the digital product is defective, incomplete, or not as described. Please note: requests made after 30 days from purchase cannot be processed.
Process: If you believe your product is defective or you did not receive what you purchased, please email us with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your payment account again. Then contact your payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If there is an issue with your file(s), please contact us and we’ll help resolve the problem by providing the correct or updated file where applicable.
Gifts: If the digital product was marked as a gift at checkout and delivered directly to you, any approved refund or credit will be issued to you.
If the gift giver purchased the product and had it sent to themselves before gifting it to you, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
