Need help accessing your Vidnest video edits? Follow these steps to find your digital purchase.
- Check your email. Look in the inbox for the email address you used at checkout. Also check your spam or junk folder.
- Open your download instructions. Follow the links in your delivery email. If your purchase includes a PDF access file, open it and use the links inside.
- Access your files. Follow the instructions provided with your pack. If a link is missing, does not open, or asks for access you do not have, contact us for help.
